Every operator receives the same specification and returns an itemized quote in the same format, within days rather than the eight to twelve weeks a formal RFP takes.
You choose and contract directly
You sign with the operator. Warehouse Bridge stays in for onboarding and does not charge the brand for the match.
Who is in the network
Independent 3PLs and warehouse operators, each pre-vetted for clear height, dock configuration, sprinkler rating, certifications and WMS capability before they receive a requirement. Warehouse Bridge owns none of the buildings. Operators who want to be considered for requirements in their market start on the operators page; the model and the team behind it are on the about page.
When a matching service is not the right tool
Above roughly 1,000 orders per month, with complex retail compliance, or under procurement rules that require documented competition, a formal RFP is the right process. The live rate band appears on the quote page in about 30 seconds. Comparable operator quotes follow within days. A formal RFP typically takes eight to twelve weeks; the match replaces that for most requirements below roughly 1,000 orders per month, and supports the RFP with a template and benchmarks above it.
