Three matching services work Canadian 3PL requirements in 2026. Fulfill.com is an advisor-led network covering 40 countries, WareMatch is a self-serve marketplace where operators bid, and Warehouse Bridge is a Canada-only matcher that publishes its rate data before you share a requirement.
Warehouse Bridge publishes this comparison, so weigh it accordingly. Every statement about the other two services below comes from their own websites, checked on September 11, 2026, and the links are listed at the end. Where a site did not say something, the table says “not stated” rather than guessing.

How Each One Works
Fulfill.com
A brand completes an intake questionnaire, and Fulfill.com’s how-it-works page says the process collects more than 50 data points about products, geography and order profile. A logistics specialist reviews the intake and recommends operators. The homepage puts the turnaround at 3 to 5 business days to matched 3PLs, and its Canada page advertises 3 to 5 matches in 48 hours.
Fulfill.com has the largest stated network of the three: 2,800+ 3PLs across 40 countries on its homepage, with 247 providers listed on its Canada page. It states that matching is free for brands and that it is compensated by 3PLs when a match becomes a partnership. Its Canada page also lists net lease rates per square foot for the Greater Toronto Area, Vancouver and Montreal.
WareMatch
WareMatch calls itself the first 3PL warehousing marketplace. Operators create an account and list their warehouses, and brands search by location or receive bids from 3PLs that fit their needs. It runs Canadian pages by province and city, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Manitoba, each showing individual listings with the services that operator offers.
Its pricing page shows plans for 3PL operators, industrial owners, affiliate partners and freight brokers. The dollar figures and the brand-side terms did not display when checked, and its Canadian location pages did not show rate figures.
Warehouse Bridge
Warehouse Bridge works only in Canada. You enter the requirement once, see the live market band for your city in about 30 seconds, and then receive 2 to 3 comparable quotes from pre-vetted operators. It operates no warehouses of its own.
The rate data is public before any conversation: the Canadian Warehouse Market Report and the open data files cover eight markets across lease, pallet storage and handling, pick and pack, refrigerated and frozen storage, cross-dock and trailer parking. The service lines go past parcel fulfillment into pallet storage, cold storage, cross-dock, trailer parking and contract warehousing.
When Another Service Is the Better Fit
A comparison that never recommends the competition is an advertisement. These are the cases where one of the other two is the better starting point:
- Parcel fulfillment across several countries. If Canada is one market among many, Fulfill.com’s stated reach of 40 countries is the broader search.
- You want to browse listings and take bids yourself. WareMatch’s marketplace model puts the listings in front of you and lets operators come to you.
- You already know the operator you want. A matching service adds little when the shortlist is already one name. Call them directly.
Where Warehouse Bridge Is Different
- The number comes first. The rate band for your city and service is on screen before you share an email address, so the quotes you get back can be read against the market.
- Canada depth. Eight markets are priced line by line, down to submarket clusters such as Brampton, Delta, Balzac and CentrePort.
- More than parcel. Pallets, cold storage, cross-dock, trailer parking and dedicated buildings are matched with the same process as ecommerce fulfillment.
- Comparable quotes. The 2 to 3 quotes come back on the same basis, so storage, handling and per-order lines line up side by side.
Five Questions to Ask Any 3PL Matching Service
- Who pays you, and does that change which operators I see? Ask it of every service, including this one.
- How many options will I get, and are the quotes on the same basis? Three quotes built three different ways are not a comparison.
- Do you own or operate any of the warehouses you recommend?
- Can I see market rates before I share my requirement?
- How many operators do you have in my city, not the country? A national count says little about the three submarkets you would actually use.
The 3PL selection framework covers how to score the operators once the shortlist arrives, and the ShipBob alternatives guide compares single-operator options.
