Warehouse Capacity and 3PL Solutions Across Canada.
You tell us what you need. We match it to the right warehouse, configure the operation, and get you live. 150+ pre-vetted warehouses across 25+ Canadian markets. We operate none of them, so the operator that fits your requirement wins the work.
Structured 3PL Solutions
for Freight Operations
Every facility we deploy is vetted for infrastructure, technology, and execution.
We're not a marketplace. We don't hand you a list.
You tell us the problem. We build the operation.
Last quarter we deployed 43,000 sq ft of overflow storage for a CPG brand that called on a Thursday. They were receiving inventory by Saturday.
Strategic Warehouse Facilities Across Canada
Highway-accessible, port-proximate facilities in every major Canadian logistics corridor. The 8 largest of the 25+ markets covered are below.
Facility counts and available square footage above are per market and cover the 8 markets we profile in depth. They are a subset of the network, not a total: the 150+ facility figure spans all 25+ Canadian markets, including those not shown here. We do not publish an aggregate network square-footage number.

What operators and shippers ask first
How the network works, what it costs, and what it takes to go live.
Does Warehouse Bridge operate its own warehouses?
No. We operate none of the 150+ facilities in the network. Every one is an independent operator that has been pre-vetted for clear height, dock configuration, sprinkler rating, certifications, and WMS capability. There is no building of our own to fill, so the operator that actually fits the requirement wins the work.
What size of requirement does Warehouse Bridge handle?
The matching process is built for contract-scale programs: dedicated and multi-client operations from 50,000 sq ft up to 250,000+ sq ft per site, and fulfillment volumes in the range of 10,000+ orders per month. Smaller overflow, project, and seasonal requirements are placed as well, but the network depth and the scoping work are aimed at enterprise programs.
What does it cost a brand or shipper to use Warehouse Bridge?
Nothing. There is no fee, retainer, or commission charged to the brand, shipper, or freight forwarder. Warehouse Bridge is compensated on the operator side once a program is placed, so requirement scoping, operator shortlisting, and rate benchmarking cost you nothing.
What do warehouse and 3PL rates look like across Canada right now?
Across the eight markets we profile, all-in warehouse space (net rent plus TMI) runs $0.85 – $2.40 per sq ft per month, which annualizes to $10 – $29 per sq ft per year all-in. Pallet storage runs $8 – $28 per pallet per month and 3PL pick and pack runs $1.75 – $5.00 per order. Warehouse Bridge network data, Q2 2026. Actual rates move with service type, volume, and term length.
How fast can a requirement go live?
Overflow, project, and seasonal space activates in as quick as 48 hours once the operator is selected. A full contract program takes longer because there is more to build: WMS configuration, carrier integration, EDI and retail compliance setup, and a receiving plan. Those typically run 2 to 4 weeks from selected operator to first receipt.
Which Canadian markets does the network cover?
Network-wide, 150+ pre-vetted facilities across 25+ Canadian markets. 8 of those markets are profiled in depth with published facility counts, available square footage, and rate bands: Toronto & GTA, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Halifax. Those per-market figures are a subset of the network, not the total, and coverage runs through the secondary corridors around each of them. Multi-node programs, most commonly a Toronto plus Vancouver split, are handled as a single engagement.
