Service Description

Warehouse Bridge operates a logistics platform that connects businesses with pre-vetted warehouse operators across Canada. Our services include:

• Matching businesses with suitable 3PL warehouse facilities based on submitted requirements
• Providing warehouse capacity information across Canadian markets
• Coordinating deployment of warehouse solutions including fulfillment, cross-dock, overflow storage, cold storage, and related logistics services

Warehouse Bridge acts as an intermediary between businesses seeking warehouse capacity and warehouse operators in our network. The actual warehousing and logistics services are performed by third-party warehouse operators.

Quote Requests and Estimates

Information submitted through our quote request form is used to identify potential warehouse solutions that match your requirements. By submitting a quote request, you understand and agree that:

• All pricing information, estimates, and quotes provided are non-binding and subject to change based on final requirements, facility availability, and operator terms.
• Estimates are based on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in different final pricing.
• Warehouse Bridge does not guarantee specific pricing, availability, or capacity at any facility.
• A binding agreement for warehouse services is only formed when you execute a separate contract directly with the warehouse operator or through Warehouse Bridge as an authorized representative.

No Guarantees

While we work to maintain accurate and up-to-date information about warehouse facilities in our network, Warehouse Bridge does not guarantee:

• The availability of any specific facility or capacity at the time of your request
• Specific pricing, rates, or cost structures
• Timelines for activation or deployment, including any referenced turnaround times
• The performance, quality, or reliability of third-party warehouse operators
• That our services will meet your specific business requirements

All facility details, capacity figures, and market data presented on this Site are approximate and provided for informational purposes only.

User Responsibilities

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all form submissions
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without written permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Warehouse Bridge or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Warehouse Bridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
